CarLease is a pseudonym name for an account management platform for managing vehicle loan contracts.
The business approached us to look at improving the existing user experience and increasing the awareness of self service capability within the platform. Some key metrics we aimed to improve on was the number of calls received by customer care related to contracts, document request and updating personal details. We wanted to uplift the platform so that users could complete these tasks with ease online.
Rather than a full redesign of the platform, the business wanted to reuse the existing framework and update UI components of the platform to align with a wider group brand. Our design team started testing concepts and hypothesis with low fidelity wireframes and then iterated these into high fidelity, clickable prototypes.
