Focus Wellness is an essential wellness business offering personal training, nutrition and lifestyle consultations; as well as corporate wellness coaching for companies and their staff.
Kristie Walker is the founder and owner of Focus Wellness. She comes with a wealth of knowledge in the health and fitness industry and her work is focused on building ‘bodies and minds built to thrive’.  Day to day, Kristie works as a movement, nutrition and mindfulness coach.
In 2020, Kristie reached out to me to rebrand her business logo and brand identity. She wanted Focus Wellness to represent a sleek, timeless brand which was to be simple and cool; and inviting. She wanted to more accurately represent the four key pillars of her business; nutrition, movement, mindset and recovery. The brief asked for holistic approach to health and this was captured in the rounded, circular design of her final logo.

Previous concepts and ideation
Prior to the final design above, we looked at different variations ​​​​​​​of the logo with the key pillars called out. The reason for this was to allow Kristie to create content based on these 4x key pillars at a later date.
